Here's breakfast being made on board the last boat I worked on. It is going to be eggs benedict for six when all finished. If I remember they all loved it. I make a mean hollandaise if I do say so myself.
Denis and I have been talking about our "5 year plan" recently and we have finally boiled it down to first of all 3 years. Then we are going to be able to afford a 40 something foot sailing catamaran and sail around the world basically. We argue about what we will do to support ourselves but at least we are clear on what it will be we are doing while we try.
I want to charter, surf charters in Indonesia and then sail wherever the wind takes us for the rest of our days. And I want a boat dog named Jack II Electric Bugaloo in honor of my favorite dog from about 8 or 9 years ago. His name was just jack. (No not Just Jack). Jack lives in Mexico now I think. I don't know for sure.
